On the afternoon of March 3, Fu Chao, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Keqiao District Health Bureau, visited Jinggong Robot for investigation. New product introduction:
The five-axis high-power laser welding CNC machine tool is one of the new products independently developed and designed by the Jinggong Robot. It is an innovative development of the laser welding of the plate heat exchanger. The station adopts a five-axis machine tool structure, a three-dimensional weld scanning positioning system, a clamp zero point fast replacement system, PLC overall control and etc., which can realize the rapid positioning of the plate heat exchanger to take over the scanning and positioning of the parts, automatic error compensation, solve the intelligent laser welding of various metal parts, and meet the flexibility and compatibility of products of different specifications and quick fixture change.
