JGW206 Loose/tight type winding machine is a mechanical and electrical integration of winding device, the machine adopts PLC spindle, independent control of spinning, winding and overfeeding three independent drive motor, process parameters adjustment flexibly and conveniently.
This eauipment is suitable for nature fiber such as nylon,polyester etc chemical fiber filament, after overfeeding, it will be packaged to loosen type yarn on cones for dyeing, also it is equipped with hank yarn frame, adding oil device, and also have function.

3、PARTS INTRODCUTION
1） OILING PART( AUTOMATIC OIL GROOVE FOR OIL BALANCE ADJUSTING)
Adopting separated oil groove for each spindle, make sure every oil roller will be the same flat of oil and the yarn will get oil without difference.
2）Gate oxide tension control part
Using hig flexibility of adjustable tension control part, which gate bars tension with porcelain pure polishing, even in 1200m/min won’t appear powder etc. It can effectively reduce the damage to the fiber while stabilizing the yarn tension.

3）Super feed roller components
The unique craftsmanship of large diameter roller has hard light skeleton through the chromium plating surface polishing, it makes roller more durable and more stable, consumption decrease 50% above than extensive use of hard aluminum plasma spraying roller.
